CAD owns 1,000 ha of agricultural land in Lemshveniera, Gardabani district of east Georgia. The company purchased the land on the merits of its proximity to the capital, easy access to the highway, attractive pricing and the size (a single large plot of land in a sector where agricultural land plots are extremely fragmented).

Further project development is pending until the rehabilitation of the existing soviet-built irrigation system is completed.
